This two part, virtual class is taught by St. Peter's Health Obstetrics nurses and covers a variety of labor topics including signs and symptoms of labor, breathing and relaxation skills, pain management options, the coach's role during labor and C-sections. Attending at 30-36 weeks gestation is suggested.
Part 1: of the class is pre-recorded, virtual content.
Part 2: is a live, virtual Question & Answer session from 7:30-8:30 pm of the month's class.
