Steps to complete Basic Life Support (BLS) HEARTCODE

• SPH Employee
  1. Email Breanna Hollatz (BHollatz@sphealth.org) to be assigned the on-line portion.
• Not an SPH Employee
  1. Go to: heart.org
  2. Purchase the on-line HeartCode BLS course (HeartCode® BLS | AHA) and complete the course.
• REQUIRED: When you finish the on-line course PLEASE print out the “Certificate of Completion”

and bring it with you to class or email a copy to BHollatz@sphealth.org.

• The BLS Student Manual is available at the People Development Office to check one out.
